Sandboxes are archived after 30 idle days, and snapshots are kept for a further 7 days. Enter the email you signed up with and an admin will revive your sandbox within a working day — we'll then email you a fresh sign-in link.
Past the 7-day grace period? The snapshot is gone, sorry — but you can sign up again any time. Setup takes about five minutes.
