14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your Hatchik app, contact us within 14 days of a payment and we'll refund it in full. No questions asked.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel any app at any time, directly in your Hatchik account. It's fully self-serve, and you won't be billed again.

AI credit

AI credit is a prepaid balance that's spent as your app uses AI. Because it's used up as you go, AI credit isn't refundable.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. To request a refund, use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle receipt email, or email hello@hatchik.com. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
